1. Renault launched the Pulse hatchback.
Prices ex-showroom Delhi (Diesel variant)
Base Model - Rs. 5.77 Lakh
Top end Model - Rs. 6.25 Lakh.





















2. MINI officially Launched in India.
Cooper, Cooper S, Cooper Convertible and Cooper S Countryman are the models on offer.
All models are introduced as a Completely Built Units (CBUs) and prices starting from 24.9 Lakh ex-showroom Delhi.















3. Audi introduced its Compact SUV - Q3
Audi Q3 is likely to be launched by this year end in base 2.0 litre TFSi and a 2.0 TDi to compete head-on with the BMW X1. Audi Q3 comes with both front-wheel and four-wheel drive options unlike the X1 which only comes in rear wheel drive. Prices are likely to be competitive.

















4. Volkswagen unveils Beetle and launches 2012 Touraeg.
New 2012 Touraeg comes with a 3.0 litre V6 diesel engine developing around 240bhp. Touraeg will go on sale from April this year.
VW's iconic brand Beetle comes in new avatar, its big on appearance and space.Engine option include a 1.2 and a 1.4 litre TSi petrol engines.
































5. Dilip Chabaria's DC Design unveiled an all new sports car - DC Avanti. Company claims the Avanti as India's first ever sports car with a price tag of around Rs. 30 lakhs ex-showroom Delhi. Avanti will start bookings from February 2012 and deliveries from late 2013.
